This site is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.

When you register: your email address, display name (if provided), and interface language.

When you purchase: we do not see or store your card details — those are handled directly by Stripe. We store the Stripe payment ID, amount paid, course purchased, and attribution data (utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid, ttclid, _fbp, _fbc) to understand which marketing channels drive sales.

When you browse (only with your consent): device type, browser, session ID, pages visited, and click events collected via our own tracking endpoint and, where consent is granted, via Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel.

Server-side events (account creation, purchase confirmation, login) are recorded regardless of cookie consent, as they are necessary to deliver the service you requested.

To deliver the service you purchased: providing course access, processing payments, and providing support. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

To comply with legal obligations: we retain purchase records for 5 years after account deletion to meet accounting and tax requirements.

To improve the site and run advertising campaigns: analytics and marketing tracking, only with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time — see "Cookies" below or use the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.

Fraud prevention and platform security: legitimate interest.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the platform:

Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Stripe stores your card details and billing information. We receive only a transaction ID and status. Privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy

Supabase — database hosting and authentication. Stores your account data and purchase history.

Vercel — application hosting. Processes requests and server logs.

Meta Platforms, Inc. — Facebook and Instagram Pixel for conversion tracking and ad targeting. Data is shared only when you have given consent. Additionally, upon purchase completion, we may transmit hashed identifiers (e-mail address SHA-256 hash) to Meta via the Meta Conversions API (server-side) to improve attribution accuracy; this transmission occurs regardless of cookie consent because it uses server-to-server communication, not browser cookies. Account data and purchase history: retained until you delete your account, then kept for 5 years to comply with tax obligations.

Analytics and tracking events: 90 days, then automatically deleted.

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to: access a copy of your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; receive your data in a portable format.
